Abstract

 In order to explore the changes in zinc in healthy children and children with bronchopneumonia at different ages, we conducted urinary zinc analysis on 168 healthy children and 212 children with bronchopneumonia admitted from June 1993 to December 1995. Determination. Use WFX-ID atomic absorption spectrophotometer (produced by Beijing Second Optical Instrument Factory). Take 4ml of morning urine from all healthy children and children in the morning, add 0.2ml of concentrated sulfuric acid, mix and liquefy into urine specimens, and collect it within 2 hours. It was measured by a dedicated person. The statistical method was t test, and the data were expressed as (?)±. The results are reported as follows. 1 Results The changes in urinary zinc in healthy children of different ages and children with bronchopneumonia are shown in the attached table.
