Abstract

The serum BALP levels of children with congenital rickets were determined using whole blood dry chemical immunoconcentration method; 48 cases were 200IU/L~45, 30OIU/L~45 cases, and 400IU/L~32 cases; 31 cases were in the normal control group, and the serum BALP levels were determined. BALP were all <2O0IU/L. At the same time, it was observed that the test results were correlated with the mother's vitamin D medication during pregnancy, outdoor activities, dietary status, the presence or absence of gastrocnemius spasm symptoms caused by low calcium, and the season in the last three months of pregnancy (P< 0.05). Logistic stepwise regression analysis found that vitamin D medication and outdoor activities have the most important impact on the onset of congenital rickets. The observation results show that the condition of pregnant mothers is closely related to congenital rickets, so the prevention of rickets should start from the perinatal period. start.
