We will follow up on the babies who were vaccinated with BCG vaccine after birth for a second tuberculosis test 2 to 4 years later. The results showed that the maintenance rates of OT positive conversion in the three groups 2 years, 3 years and 4 years after BCG vaccination were 73.7%, 67.3% and 63.4% respectively. There was no significant difference between the three groups. However, compared with the first OT positive The rate has dropped significantly; there is a correlation between the average diameter of the first OT and the average diameter of the stuck marks. The stuck marks will still shrink significantly in a period of time, but only 3% of the children's stuck marks are difficult to identify. This result shows that the maintenance rate of OT positive conversion in delayed skin allergy caused by BCG significantly decreases within 1 year, but does not change significantly in the next 2 to 4 years.
