Abstract

From July 1991 to February 1992, we conducted a study on the factors affecting breastfeeding in the obstetrics departments of six general hospitals in Kunming. 1 General information: According to the monitoring plan, pregnant women with normal delivery were selected as the observation subjects. After delivery, they were paired according to the randomization principle for early breastfeeding (within 6 hours) and feeding on demand, without bottles, and without adding any drinks as the experimental group; according to the original hospital In the obstetric system, those who fed after 6 hours were the control group. Follow-up monitoring lasted until 4 months after birth, with 312 babies monitored and 274 babies completed the entire process.
