Abstract


 With the great progress of science, technology and human civilization, children's health care has become one of the health center tasks that attracts worldwide attention. "Let every child have a better future" has become a global consensus. The World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) have adopted a series of major decisions and deployments for this purpose, such as proposing a new concept of health in 1946; proposing "Health for All by the Year 2000" in 1977; and the 1978 Declaration "Primary health care is the key to achieving health for everyone"; in 1990, the book "Knowledge of Life" was published and released
